The organizers invite the MSE Reserach Data Forum 2025 community to submit abstracts for lectures, posters and demonstrations related to the conference topics. Especially young scientists are encouraged to contribute to the conference.

For the submission of an abstract, no booking is necessary until a contribution is confirmed.

Submit and manage your contribution

Please select a topic and the type of contribution you would like to submit (lecture, or poster). Enter the title, a short description, and author details.

You can edit your submission at any time until the final deadline. After submission, you will also be able to upload supporting documents, such as your poster or a PDF version of your abstract.

The conference will be held as a hybrid event, both on-site in Siegburg (Germany) and online. We strongly recommend attending the Forum in person to engage in discussions with the consortium and the community. For better event planning, please indicate in your submission whether you intend to travel to Siegburg for the MSE Research Data Forum or participate virtually.

All documents and presentations must be prepared in English. Please submit a one-page abstract that includes one figure, following the provided template. The abstract can also be uploaded after your contribution has been confirmed.
